How it works


1. Get A Free Estimate

 Explore your project dashboard including your estimate by filling out the form below, which takes less than 2 minutes to complete. 

2. Free Design Consultation

 Once you’ve checked out your estimate in your dashboard, we’ll schedule a consultation with one of our designers to learn more about how we can help with your office space design. Feel free to send over floor plans, design ideas from your team and any other key information beforehand.

3. Design Proposal

 Once your consultation is complete, our team will pull together your formal office space design proposal outlining all of the requirements you discussed with your designer, our design fee for the project and suggest a recommended furniture budget from our experience.

4. We Design Your Office Space

 When you are comfortable with our proposal and a contract has been signed, we will kick off your project with various editions of moodboards and color palettes for design direction, 2D & 3D floorplans and office space renderings until you are happy with the design. 

5. Furniture Selection

 Once you have confirmed the style direction of your new office space from your designer and agreed the final floorplan, your designer will propose furniture and decor items to complete your space. We have access to 1000’s of quality and affordable options for you to collaborate on.

6. Collaborate With Your Designer

 You’ll be given access to your very own custom dashboard throughout your project where you will access your office moodboards, floorplans, renderings and furniture selections. Collaborate with your designer here for any requests or design changes.   

7. Move In To Your Space

 Once all the furniture and decor purchases have been made, we will then coordinate the delivery and assembly of all the items into your office space. Your designer will then be on site for the finishing touches to get your space looking beautiful for your team to move in!
